01Who we are
CÔNG TY TNHH GAMU GAME STUDIOS (“Gamu Game Studios”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a limited liability company registered in Vietnam with its registered address at LK02.No.01 Khu Đồng Dưa, Đường Ngô Thì Nhậm, Phường Hà Đông, Thành phố Hà Nội, Việt Nam. We develop and publish mobile games, including Snake Chroma (available on the App Store and Google Play) and Shape Flow (available on Google Play).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you use our games, this website and related services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.
02Information we may collect
We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address or other directly identifying information to play our games. Depending on the features enabled in a game, we and our partners may collect:
- Device information — device model, operating system and version, language, region, screen size, network type, and unique device or advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFA / IDFV or Google Advertising ID).
- Usage and gameplay information — app opens, session length, levels played, scores, in-game events, settings and interactions with ads.
- Purchase information — records of in-app purchases processed by Apple or Google (we do not receive your payment card details).
- Diagnostics — crash reports, performance data and error logs.
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address (country / region level only).
- Information you send us — when you contact support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
03How we use information
We use information to: operate, maintain and improve our games; remember your progress and settings; understand how players use our games; fix bugs and technical problems; show and measure advertising (including rewarded and interstitial ads); measure marketing campaign performance; detect and prevent fraud, cheating and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and respond to your support requests.
04Third-party services (SDKs)
Our games may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) for analytics, advertising, attribution, crash reporting and in-app purchases. These providers may collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies. Providers we may use include, depending on the game version:
- Google (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob, Google Play Services)
- Apple (App Store, Game Center, StoreKit)
- Unity Technologies (Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, Unity Services)
- Advertising mediation and ad networks such as AppLovin (MAX), ironSource / Unity LevelPlay, Meta Audience Network and similar partners
- Attribution and measurement partners such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
- Meta (Facebook SDK) for advertising measurement
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers. We only work with partners that offer industry-standard privacy controls.
05Advertising and attribution
Our games are free to play and may be supported by advertising. Advertising partners may use your advertising identifier and in-app event data (installs, sessions, purchases, ad interactions) to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance and, where permitted, personalize ads. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (see Section 9).
07International transfers
We are based in Vietnam. Our service providers may process information on servers located in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
08Data retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Analytics and advertising data is typically retained by our partners for a limited period (for example, up to 14–26 months) and then deleted or aggregated. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards.
09Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us at admin@gamugame.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
You can also control tracking and ad personalization on your device:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization”.
You can delete all locally stored game data by uninstalling the game from your device.
10Children
Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where required by platform policies, we configure our advertising and analytics SDKs to treat users in child-directed or age-restricted contexts appropriately. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the game. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
